Jen Dickinson, PT, DPT

Dr. Jen Dickinson, PT, is a Pelvic Health Specialist and Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, who specializes in pelvic health conditions. She is the owner and founder of Mid-Missouri Pelvic Health. She is a self-proclaimed nerd and has a passion for figuring out the “why” behind your symptoms.

Having experienced both a vaginal delivery and a cesarean birth, she has a unique perspective on the postpartum experience and its challenges. She has personally experienced many of the pelvic floor dysfunctions she treats and understands first-hand how frustrating they can be.

Jen has continued commitment to providing individualized care focused on meeting your pelvic & overall health goals. Her goal is always to have her patients leave feeling respected, educated, and hopeful. Her plans of care blend hands-on techniques, individualized strengthening programs, and utilizing various techniques to regulate your nervous system in order to optimize your body’s healing. Jen wants to help YOU meet YOUR goals!

When not treating patients, you can find Jen running, reading, spending time with her family, or watching/attending sporting events. She loves football (go Chiefs and Mizzou Tigers!) and the Olympics. For more fun and educational content, follow Jen on Instagram @midmopelvichealth.

Patients can work with Jen one-on-one in person and get you back to meeting your goals.

Marissa Cornine

Patient Care Coordinator

Marissa is the smiling face that greets you when you walk in the door or the voice you hear on the other end of the phone. Born and raised near Hughesville, MO! She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with an Agronomy and Agricultural Business Bachelor’s Degree. When she isn’t working in the clinic, you can find her actively working on her family’s row crop and cattle farm!

Fall is Marissa’s favorite season because that means it’s harvest on the farm! Down time doesn’t really exist, but if given the chance, she could read and hangout with her family for hours.

3 fun facts about Marissa:

  1. She’s the proud momma of a Saint Bernard named Anna Marie (see picture)

  2. She attended Iowa State University for a year

  3. Her favorite plant is a corn plant!

Marissa took this job not only to be a helping hand to Jen but to also be an advocate for why the pelvic floor is so important! She looks forward to meeting all of the patients at the clinic!
